Freely outage – resolved. The problem that stopped some live channels working on Freely devices, including the Aero, was found and fixed on Monday 17 August. It wasn’t a fault with your box. If any channels are still missing, a factory reset restores them – see our Freely Status Page for the steps.

Aero brings together two powerful platforms — Freely for live broadcast TV and catch-up apps like BBC iPlayer, and TiVo OS for streaming apps like Netflix and Disney+.
