Video & Streaming Apps
Your Aero runs TiVo OS, which includes a growing range of streaming apps. All available apps are pre-loaded in the All Apps section – you can choose which ones appear in My Apps on the Home screen.
Films and Series
Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max, Rakuten TV, MUBI, Tubi, Pluto TV, Hayu, U, Watch Free UK, Curiosity Stream, and arte.
HBO Max also includes Discovery+ content for customers on the relevant plan, and is the new home for TNT Sports content.
Video
YouTube (in 4K where available) and Plex.
Animé
Crunchyroll.
Add-On Services Through Prime Video
Some services don’t have a standalone TiVo OS app, but can be watched through Prime Video as an add-on subscription. These currently include:
- Apple TV+ – subscribe via Prime Video to watch on the Aero (an existing Apple TV+ subscription set up directly with Apple won’t transfer across)
- Discovery+ – also included with some HBO Max plans
- Paramount+
You’ll need a Prime Video account to use these. Standalone apps for any of them may arrive in future as the TiVo OS app catalogue grows.
Coming to the Aero
- Apple AirPlay – expected in a future software update, with no confirmed timeline. See Does Aero support Apple AirPlay?.
- NOW TV – hoped to arrive later in 2026, though this isn’t confirmed.
Not Available
- Sky News – not available as a dedicated app or as a Freely channel, but the Sky News live stream is available through YouTube on the Aero
- Emby – not available. Plex is – see Can the Aero stream from a NAS or my computer?
New apps are added to TiVo OS regularly as the platform grows.
