How to return or fix Hardware which is still under warranty
Please access and review the online help resources at www.manhattan-tv.com/support before seeking warranty service. To return or obtain warranty service for your Hardware, you must first obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) number from a Customer Support Representative (CSR) at Manhattan. Customer Support contact information can be found by visiting www.manhattan-tv.com/support. RAN numbers expire thirty days from issuance. Manhattan may attempt to troubleshoot a warranty-related problem prior to issuing a RAN number. Please be prepared to provide additional information upon request.
Once a RAN number is obtained, you must ship your Hardware, freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase and all requested accessories, in either the original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to the authorised Manhattan facility identified by the CSR. This distribution facility will be located in the United Kingdom, the address of which can be found at the following link: www.manhattan-tv.com/support. Failure to return any of the requested accessories could result in a delay and/or result in you being required to send the accessories for the service process to continue.
Important: When requesting a RAN number, if you have not already done so, you will be required to provide the following:
- Model number (located on a label on the underside of the Hardware)
- Serial number (located on a label on the underside of the Hardware)
- Problem description
- Software version (located in the System Information menu)
- Place of purchase (reseller or online place of purchase)
- Date of purchase
- Your name, return shipping address and telephone number (P.O. boxes are not accepted).
