Manhattan Aero

Error code DCST-0035

DCST-0035 typically appears when an app fails to load on the Manhattan Aero, while the TiVo Home screen and other apps work fine. It’s usually a network or DNS issue rather than a problem with the app itself.

Quick fixes that have worked for other customers

  1. Restart the Aero through Settings → System → Power & Energy Saving → Restart.
  2. Switch Wi-Fi off and back on: Settings → Network → Wireless Network → Turn Off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
  3. Restart your router (unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in, wait for it to fully reconnect).
  4. As a last resort, a factory reset (Settings → System → Factory Reset) has resolved it in some cases. This wipes the Aero’s setup so you’ll need to sign back into apps and re-enter your postcode.
