Can I use the S4•R outside the UK?
The S4•R is designed and supported for use in the UK with Freesat.
Satellite reception outside the UK is not guaranteed and varies by location, dish size and local setup. In some places you may receive some or all Freesat channels, while in others you may not be able to receive them at all.
If you use the S4•R outside the UK:
- You’ll need a suitable satellite dish pointed at the correct satellites.
- You’ll need to enter a valid UK postcode during setup to receive the correct Freesat regional channels and programme guide.
- You may not be able to receive all channels, or reception may be unreliable.
- Connected features and streaming services may not work, or may be blocked due to geographical restrictions.
We recommend purchasing the S4•R only if you live in the UK.
