Error code UKTV-02-G000 (U / UKTV Play)
This error appears in the U streaming service on the Manhattan Aero when network ad/tracking domains are blocked, most often by a DNS-level ad blocker like Pi-hole on your home network.
Fix
Whitelist the U domains in your ad blocker, or temporarily disable the ad blocker when using U.
Alternatively, switching the Aero to a public DNS often resolves it – see the steps in Network troubleshooting steps.
Other streaming services (BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Netflix) usually work fine even with ad-blocking on, but U is more sensitive to it. A similar cause can make streams fail during ad breaks on other services – see Streams fail during ad breaks.
