Quick fixes

1. Check whether the issue also affects other apps on the Manhattan Aero, or just Freely live TV. If only Freely is affected, that’s worth mentioning if you need to get in touch.
2. Check the Wi-Fi signal strength under Settings → Network → Wireless Network.
3. If you’re on Wi-Fi and the signal is weak, try moving the Aero closer to the router temporarily or connecting via Ethernet to confirm.
