HDMI Adapters
The Aero can work with HDMI-to-DisplayPort and HDMI-to-DVI adapters, provided the adapter passes HDCP and the display supports it. Streaming services require HDCP 2.2 for 4K or HDCP 1.4 for Full HD.
If the adapter or display does not support HDCP, streaming apps may show an error or a blank screen. Check the adapter specification before buying, particularly for an older DVI monitor.
Most modern monitors already have an HDMI input, so an adapter usually isn’t necessary.
