ITV will enable ITVX for the T3 and T3-R on Thursday 25th May, when it will be accessible from the Home Screen. For the app to work correctly, it's important your T3 or T3-R have updated to the latest releases.
The T3-R v2.05 and T3 v2.02 updates bring support for ITVX, the exciting new evolution of ITV Hub. This streaming service not only allows for catch-up TV shows from a wide range of ITV channels, just like its predecessor, but it also introduces never-seen-before, exclusive content. This fresh content premieres on ITVX first, making its way to regular TV only months later. Now that's something to get excited about.
Can't wait to follow the latest ITV dramas? ITVX has got you covered. All episodes of ITV dramas will be readily available for a binge-watching spree as soon as they hit terrestrial TV. And that's not all. For a small additional fee, ITVX also grants you full access to an extensive collection of British TV box sets courtesy of Britbox, ITV's sister streaming service.
Stay tuned to our blog as we're preparing to take an in-depth look at ITVX very soon, uncovering all its standout features and exclusive content.
If your T3 or T3-R is connected to the internet and left in standby, it will update automatically overnight, unless you have disabled automatic updates in the System Settings menu.
Please check the T3 support page and T3-R support page for more information about the updates.
