If your existing remote isn’t working properly and you’d like us to check whether it’s faulty before you buy a spare, please get in touch through the support form. Faulty remotes are replaced under warranty at no cost. If you’d like a spare to have alongside your existing one (for example for a second person in the household, or as a backup), the £19.99 phone order is the route.
