Auto Frame Rate

If your TV supports HDMI 2.1, the Aero already switches refresh rates dynamically to match the content – so you don’t need to choose between 50Hz and 60Hz.

An Auto Frame Rate update is coming in early April 2026 that will bring this same frame rate matching to all TVs, not just those with HDMI 2.1. All apps will support it, including Prime Video.
