How many HD channels does Freeview have?

Nine HD channels nationwide: BBC One HD, BBC Two HD, BBC Three HD, BBC Four HD, ITV HD, Channel 4 HD, Channel 5 HD, CBBC HD, and CBeebies HD. Some areas receive additional HD channels via commercial multiplexes.
